Training Camp

The Youth Circle of Arts (YCA) Leadership Training Camp, hosted by Coach Master, has been supported by various schools. Over the past 30 years, it has trained more than 18,000 student leaders from 221 student groups nationwide.

Over the past 30 years, our goal has been to commercialize school extracurricular activities, strengthen student organizational structures, and enhance leadership quality.

Our comprehensive program offers what group leaders need but can’t find elsewhere. It combines strong theoretical courses with practical leadership and management training.

In just a few days, students must grasp the camp’s concepts and lead a group of elite students from various schools, managing all administrative tasks.

青少年艺术坊 (YCA) 学生干部训练营由 Coach Master 主办，得到了全国各学校的支持。

在过去的30年里，我们培训了来自全国221个学生团体及超过18,000名学生领袖。

我们的目标是将学校的课外活动企业化，加强学生组织结构，并提升领袖素质。

我们的培训项目提供了团体领导者所需，并结合了强大的理论课程和实践的领导与管理培训。

在短短几天内，学生们必须掌握训练营的理念，并领导一群来自全国不同学校的精英学生，执行所有赋予的任务。
